Tonk Arts India Festival (TARIF) was initiated by TiF to promote fine arts and heritage of Tonk, Rajasthan. TARIF is striving to encourage the talent of local artists, including youth and women and develop fine arts and heritage based entrepreneurship and employment. The focus is on preserving the oral, literary and other traditional art forms from Tonk, such as Char Bait, Kashidakar/Ari Taari, Calligraphy (Khush Khati) and Floral Art. In 2017, TARIF hosted a a four-day embroidery, calligraphy and Char Bait festival in Tonk, showcased at ITIHAAS Anveshan in Delhi and Char Bait performance at the World Disability Day event at India Gate.

TiF organised a four day Tonk Arts India Festival-TARIF from 16th to 19th October, 2017 at the Regional Public School, Tonk to promote Art and Heritage of Tonk. Coinciding with the auspicious time of Diwali, the festival was titled “Jashne e Chiraghan‟ (Festival of Lights) with the theme: “Tonk- A Lamp of Diverse Arts, Brotherhood & Peace”.

On the occasion of the ITIHAAS Summit held at the prestigious India International Centre, New Delhi on 1st December 2017, TiF facilitated the popular "Chaar Bait", an energetic oral art form which was performed by Shan-e-Hind 'Akhada' (Group), and an exhibition showcasing the Calligraphy and Embroidery from Tonk was also held. The summit was attended by many School Heads and Teachers from across the country as well as many Arts aficionados.

Char Bait Performance, India Gate
TiF organised a Char Bait performance by a group from Tonk at the World Disability Day event at India Gate on 3rd December, 2017. National Center for Employment of Disabled People (NCPDEP) along with the America India Foundation (AIF) celebrated the 18th WDD and the 1st first anniversary of the Right of Person with Disabilities Bill 2016. TiF facilitated the vibrant Char Bait performance where songs celebrating Diversity, Inclusion, Education and National pride were performed energetically much appreciated by the three thousand plus crowd.
