Schools & Education Development
TiF’s programmes for Schools & Education development are developed as per the needs of the institution and its stakeholders. The programme offers comprehensive support to the upcoming as well as new schools to understand and improve School Processes, Curriculum, Recruitment, Training, Assessments, Skilling et al and thereby the learning outcome and life skills of the students.
TSDP emphasises on the capacity building of the School Leaders, Teachers, Staff & Parents as all four impact the evolution of a conducive learning environment for the students.
The comprehensive training approach is four fold:

- Knowing Others
- Knowing the Learner
- Knowing the Subject
Developed and facilitated by practitioners, the programme is developed on cutting edge pedagogical and management research and is adapted to the context and needs of the learners.
Education Leader and Teacher Training Programme
TiF firmly believes that a good education leader or teacher is also a great learner. A school leader has a far greater role to play than just ensure administrative/finance functions. The training programs are developed as per the needs of the institution and its learners. Around 250 teachers and 50 leaders have been trained so far.
TiF’s Madarsa General Education Development focuses on strengthening general education especially Science, Maths, English and Hindi through sensitisation of the leadership about the relevance and benefits of child centered and experiential learning approaches. Thereby, curriculum review and support, teacher training and resources upgradation such as mini libraries, computer aided learning and use of engaging Teaching Learning Materials. While bringing in the cutting edge pedagogical approaches and best practises TiF contextualises to the needs, cultural ethos of the institution which has been highly appreciated by the Madarsa leaders and teachers as well as Education experts.
