Bilal Alauddin, with 15 years of expertise in educational development and management, currently holds the position of Senior Programme Manager at TiF. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with the Director to plan and oversee various projects, with key responsibilities covering HR functions and financial management.
His educational journey includes a B.A. (Honours) from the University of Delhi, Masters in Political Science, B.Ed from Jamia Millia Islamia, and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through his selection for the prestigious RELO English Teachers Training Program at the American Centre in 2013.
Beyond his professional commitments, Bilal is an avid cricketer and fitness enthusiast, actively encouraging students and teammates to prioritize physical well-being. In his role as a Trainer, his workshops on Memory Training, Motivation Building, Career-Counselling, and Team Building are highly popular among students and team members.
As the Zonal Manager of MS Education Academy's schools in Delhi Zone, Bilal plays a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance education quality and provide a conducive learning environment. Under his leadership, these schools have experienced significant growth in academic performance, student engagement, and extracurricular activities.
